Ozopay is a PCI DSS-compliant platform that was designed and built with top-notch security standards. All our networks, server infrastructure and security devices are based on the payment industry’s best practices. For card payments, customers will need to verify their transactions with Secure technology (Verified by Visa or Mastercard SecureCode). You can get more information on 3D Secure technology and how it protects your transactions on their respective websites.

Yes! Our payment solution is equipped with industry-standard fraud scrubbing mechanism that starts filtering for malicious transaction from the starting point of the payment process. Our risk mechanisms are also designed to understand and capture transactions suspected of fraud.

You have to be at least 18 years old and have a business registered with SSM.

Once your registration is complete and all your documents have been submitted, it will take around 7 – 10 working days for your account to be verified by Ozopay and approved by the bank.

It will be based on your registered bank account. All payout is carried out in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) and will be remitted via direct debit bank transfer. The floating period is 1-3 working days, depending on your bank.

Just remember to inform Ozopay if you wish to conduct a refund. Additional fees may apply.

Refunds will take up to 14 working days to process.
